Governing Laws

These Terms, their subject matter, and their formation are governed by Hong Kong law. You hereby agree that the courts of Hong shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any such matters.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Websites and its content should not be copied, imitated, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, modified, indexed, catalogued, mirrored or distributed in any way, in whole or in part, without the express prior written consent of one of HLG Managing Partners.
